| Subject: Sport tourism in Tunisia - Butterfly's Rally Date: Wed, 27 Apr 2005 10:20:10 +0100 Hello, We organize the Butterfly's Rally 2005, 1st International Women Rallye in Tunisia, which will happen from 3rd to 7th june 2005, departure from Tunis. This is a sport tourism event, opened to people who wants to discover Tunisia under a new and original way. It is intended for tourism cars and motos. This year we will go to the great south of Tunisia with a turning throught Saharian desert. The rallye's website is now online at *www.rallyedso.com* where you could find all informations about the organisation, the participating and the engagements. The tariffs are as follows: 2000 euros per crew, i.e. 1000 euros per anybody coming from Europe. This assumption of responsibility relates to the two competitors and their vehicle and starts at the beginning of Marseilles on June 2 2005, and finishes at the time of the return in Marseilles, June 8 2005. This assumption of responsibility is : * Sporting framing and logistique. * Mecanical assistance . * Medical care during the rallye. * Obtaining of local authorizations. * Carburizing during the rallye. * Hotels in room double half-pension. * Animation's evenings organized with each step. * Evening of fence and handing-over of Prices. * Compulsory insurance guaranteeing the civil liability for the competitors and the organization for the event. * Mediatization through the Web site, the press' conferences and the chains TV engaged by the organisation. * Guarding of the car parks the night. * Road book. * Transport by boat of the vehicle and the 2 people (Marseille/Tunis - Tunis/Marseille), housing and meal, only for the foreign crews. * If the competitors do not wish to come with their vehicle, it's possible the organization rents a vehicle on the spot for the duration of the rally andassume the way Europe/Tunisia/Europe.
